| Featured Models for April by Jamie Hamel Smith and Vespa
We were wowed by Jamie Hamel Smith’s sleekly styled motorcycle model, then we thought, “what good is a bike without someone to ride it?”; so we paired a model of a biker created by artist Vespa to complete the visual. So for April we get the chance to talk up not one, but two Checkmate Pro models. The sleek speed bike by CG artist Jamie Hamel Smith seemed the perfect complement to Vespa’s rider. | When Metal and Models Collide in a Mega Music Publisher Promo
As a result of our own research (as conducted using a “not so scientific” poll of 3D artistson on Facebook), the many flavors of metal music are the jam of choice when making models. So it came as no surprise that the folks at Hammer Magazine used a slew of models when creating the promo video for this year’s Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards. Watch the video then cast your vote for the band you feel has rocked the hardest this year.
